XL Bully Ban Impact
Almost two years on from the implementation of the XL Bully ban, reported dog bite incidents continue to increase year-on-year, the ban has not had the intended effect of
reducing incidences of dog bites.
Welfare of seized dogs
Every year, dogs are seized under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991. Following seizure, many of these dogs will spend a period of time in a kennel environment. We are extremely concerned about the welfare of seized dogs.
